We had the job of improving the online presence of a dental clinic in Toronto. Our detailed SEO check and thoughtful planning helped fix key areas like website details, content quality, and linking efforts. This complete plan aimed to raise natural traffic and enhance the clinic’s online image. There was a 1833% increase in organic traffic from Google Search and a +9900% rise in revenue.

Background and Context

The dental clinic has been a part of the Toronto community for more than ten years. However, it has not made a big impact online. It has a Domain Authority of 30 and 500 indexed pages. Most of its visitors come from Direct sources (40%) and Organic Search (30%). There are four main dental clinics nearby that have an average Domain Authority of 40. This shows that the clinic needs a good SEO plan to compete better.

  • Site Speed: Average load time is now under 3 seconds.
  • Mobile Optimization: Fixed small layout problems to improve responsiveness.
  • XML Sitemaps and Robots.txt: Improved for better search engine crawling.
  • URL Structure: Changed URLs to have important keywords.
  • 404 Errors and Redirects: Fixed all broken links found.
  • Canonicalization: Booted duplicate content problems.

Content Strategy

I changed the way we share information by adding weekly blogs. These blogs focus on common dental problems, fun Q&A sections, and stories from patients. I also set up a six-month plan to make sure we share content regularly and it has a strong impact.

Backlink Strategy
