Case Study

social case study Real Estate

A real estate company wanted to increase its sales using Facebook Ads. The CEO reached out to us because we have a good history working with real estate clients in Toronto. He aimed to perform better in the market.

The Challenge

Since we started working together, we found important areas for growth:

  • Launching Facebook Ads to attract new clients.

Budget: $10,000

What Was Done

Developed an Advertising Strategy

Before, most of the traffic and new leads were from SEO. However, the old company fell behind. So, the CEO chose to add Facebook as a new way to get traffic. Our job was to make up for this lost traffic by using Facebook Ads effectively. We created a media plan and tested different ideas on audience groups, such as first-time home buyers, local office workers, and lookalike audiences.

Segmented Audiences and Created Targeted Ads

We sorted ad campaigns by different groups of people. We treated each group in its own way, using special copy and different ad designs.

Analyzed and Optimized the Ads

We tracked how well the ads worked using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics. Each ad had special links with UTM tags to show which ones were best at getting leads.

Created a Communication Strategy

For managing a structural project, we keep a detailed spreadsheet. It gives the client a clear view of all parts of the project. This includes promotion strategies, technical settings, ad texts, and design work. This open approach helps the client see any changes made to their advertising campaigns.

Monitoring Visitor Behavior on Landing Pages

For managing structural projects, we keep a detailed spreadsheet. This gives the client a clear view of all project parts, such as promotion plans, technical settings, ad text, and design. This openness helps the client understand the changes happening in their advertising campaigns.
